My name is Jessi Rose and I am the owner and founder of Sugar Tits Cakery Co.
I come from a long line of women who have baked love into their creations. I believe I carry that value into my business and every client Ive worked with for the last three years.
I first got into baking when I inherited my Great Grandmas cake decorating supplies after she had passed away. Looking through the boxes of vintage decor and misc cake toppers, I could feel the life they had left in them and decided to try my luck. Low and behold, I COULD bake! Not only is it a great way for me to express myself creatively, its a way for me to stay connected to my family heritage.
My clients describe me as bubbly, pleasant and communicative! I am a big energy person with even bigger hugs!
Some of my hobbies outside of baking include my two Dachshunds, concerts, chasing taco trucks, antiquing and many many cups of coffee.
My favorite ways to get to know a client are out for coffee (not required) and over a couple laughs! Im eager to get to know you and your dreams for your desserts!

Questions & Answers
Q: What flavors do you make?
A: I have a wide variety of flavors I can do but Almond is my favorite!
Q: Are you licensed? My venue needs a licensed baker.
A: I am an insured and registered Cottage Foods producer through the state of MN. Please check with your venue for their specifications on requirements!
Q: What is your starting price point?
A: Cupcakes and cakes start at $2.50 a serving for 2021.
Q: Do you charge for delivery?
A: Yes! Anything outside of Monticello is .70 cents per mile.
Q: Are you an allergen and Gluten Free baker?
A: Unfortunately no, I sometimes rent industrial kitchen space and its hard to control contaminants. I practice the highest level of sanitation and cleanliness with my orders.
Q: Is cake the only thing you do?
A: Yes, I dont do cookies, pies, bars or breads. If its made of cake, I do it!
Q: Do you charge extra for fresh flowers?
A: Yes, although I prefer to use fake floral for food safety reasons.
Q: Do you accept personal checks?
A: No, personal checks are not currently accepted. Contact me for other forms of payment!
Q: Do you do tastings?!
A: Due to the pandemic, I have put tastings on pause but plan on making other avenues such as zero contact cupcake drop off available for a small fee.
Q: Do you do small "cut cakes" for couples who want the option to also have cupcakes for guests?
A: Absolutely! I recommend it! That way you dont have to share if you dont want to!
Q: When do we need to pay you by?
A: The weekend prior to your event, there is also the option to pay upon booking, although its not required.
